Fees and APR

How LPs earn

Every swap pays a fee, set by the pool’s fee tier or, on dynamic-fee pools, by recent volatility. The fee is split between the LPs whose liquidity was active for that swap. Some pools also pay incentives, extra tokens emitted by a protocol or its partners.

How Invictus calculates fee APR

Fee APR is the realised trading fees over the pool’s TVL for the selected window, annualised.

fee APR = (fees earned in window ÷ average TVL in window) × (365 days ÷ window length)
Window
24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Shorter windows react faster; longer ones are steadier.
Fees
Realised trading fees only. Incentive emissions are shown separately, never mixed in.
Your APR
Your position's own fees over its own value. In concentrated pools it can be far above or below the pool's APR, depending on your range.

Reading APR with care

  • A very high APR on a new or shallow pool rarely lasts. Check its age, TVL and volume.
  • APR is backward-looking. It tells you what the pool earned, not what it will earn.
  • APR ignores impermanent loss. Compare fee income with IL to see your real result.
